1. Using HintGifts
By creating an account or viewing a gift page, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use HintGifts.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the gift ideas, images, and text you add. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content for the purpose of running the service. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't upload anything illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit.
4. Reservations
Reservations on a gift page are a coordination tool, not a purchase or a contract. HintGifts does not sell gifts and is not responsible for whether reserved gifts are actually bought or delivered.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
Don't try to break, abuse, or overload the service. Don't scrape other people's pages. Don't use HintGifts to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. No warranty
HintGifts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the service reliable but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, HintGifts is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
